Aug 20. The Federal Antimonopoly Service which completed review of the Mechel affair last week will impose a fine on the company of 5% of annual turnover of coking coal sales, head of FAS Igor Artemiev said Tuesday. Artemiev reiterated that Mechel did its best to cooperate with FAS and therefore the antimonopoly authority "adopted a decision to impose a fine on the company of 5% of annual turnover, which amounts to about RUB 790 mn".
