Aug 25. Eniseyskaya TGK (TGK-13) has completed formation of its management team, the genco's acting General Director Vladimir Bogomazov said on Friday. According to him, next week Deputy General Director – HR Director Valery Katsko and Deputy General Director – Director for Investment Development Oleg Pyklik will join the company. "I have considered and still consider formation of the management team as the first and top priority task. Today I can say that this task is completed and we have successfully accomplished it. According to the charter, we had each appointee approved by the board of directors, found a mutually acceptable solution and we have established a highly professional team capable of moving the company forward" – Bogomazov said.
